The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below’s decision of the court of first instance which found the Defendants guilty on the charge of insulting the victim L and M among the modified facts charged in this case against the Defendants on the grounds that the indictment procedure constitutes invalid because it violated the provisions of the law, is justifiable, and it is not erroneous in the misapprehension of the legal principle as to the complaint, or in the misapprehension of the legal principle as to the complaint, without failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

On the other hand, although the prosecutor appealed the entire judgment of the court below, the prosecutor does not state the grounds of objection against the petition of appeal or the reasons of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
