Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 29, 2017, around 01:45, the Defendant was provided with food equivalent to KRW 5,000 in total, 55,00, such as spati and ice, by deceiving the victim E (S) as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the food cost, even though he did not have the intent or ability to pay the food cost, and by inducing the victim E (Spa) to pay the food cost.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to 5,000 won.
