Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.
The Defendants respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 27, 201, the Defendants violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) came into the house of the victim E located in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and around July 23, 201, Defendant A loaned money to the husband F of the victim, but the former Defendant A lent money to the husband F of the victim, but opened a gate beyond the gate and infringed on the victim’s residence.
Accordingly, the Defendants jointly intruded upon the victim’s residence.
2. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint destruction and damage, etc.) reported the victim's contact information at the date, time, and place under the preceding paragraph to the victim, but the victim's contact information was rejected. However, the defendant A destroyed the victim's 6,800 won in total by putting the 10,000 won of the market price at the expense of the victim's market price installed on the front floor of Mabropo, and destroying the victim's head bond at the top of the front door. The defendant A destroyed the victim's 50,000 won of the market price, by putting the victim's head bond at the front door.
Accordingly, the Defendants jointly damaged the property owned by the victim.
3. The Defendants in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) committed an injury to the victim, i.e., frying the victim’s left eye by drinking one time in the same manner as the date, place, and on the same ground as the preceding paragraph. Defendant B inflicted an injury on the victim, by putting the victim’s head head, fright of the victim in excess of the victim, and breaking it on the cement floor for about two weeks.
Accordingly, the Defendants jointly inflicted an injury on the victim.
