Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 00:50 on April 14, 2017, the Defendant conspired with AD and AE to steal money and valuables from vehicles parked in the nearest area, where the Defendant was parked in the PC at the office of the Defendant, N, 208 Dong 1201, Dong 1201.
1.
