1. Theft, etc. from March 11, 2018 to May 7, 2018

A. A. (1) On March 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 08:34 on March 11, 2018, the Defendant: (b) opened a door-to-door in front of Pyeongtaek-si B; (c) opened a door-to-door that was parked therein was not corrected by the Victim C; and (d) entered inside the passenger bus and stolen the victim’s property with tobacco amounting to KRW 50,00,000 in total and cash amounting to KRW 50,000,000, the market value of the victim in the vehicle.

(2) On May 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on May 6, 2018, at the F-public parking lot located in Pyeongtaek-si; (b) opened a door that was parked therein did not correct the HWW car owned by the victim G; and (c) stolen the victim’s property with approximately KRW 300,000,000 in total of the market price owned by the victim in the vehicle and entering the vehicle.

(3) On May 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on May 7, 2018, at the parking lot for the 1366 SP car located in Pyeongtaek-si games, opened a door in which the victim I was parked, and entered the vehicle inside the vehicle with a view to not correcting the JSP car owned by the victim I; and (b) stolen the victim’s property on the part of the market price on the part of the victim, which includes one earth and sandbura bank bank card, credit card, etc. in an amount of KRW 400,00,000, the market price of the vehicle owned by the victim.

B. On May 7, 2018, the Defendant in violation of fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act (hereinafter “Specialized Credit Financial Business Act”) was the Defendant’s first-hand in M, which was managed by the victim due to his name in Pyeongtaek-si L.

A. (3) As described in paragraph (3), as if the N bank credit card was a legitimate holder of the stolen N bank credit card, the victim presented the above credit card to the victim and had the victim prepare sales slips.

Accordingly, the Defendant deceiving the victim as above and received food materials equivalent to the total market value of KRW 148,260 from the victim and used stolen credit cards.
