Punishment of the crime

On January 1, 2016, the Defendant discovered the victim from the stairs of the entrance of the above business establishment to report the fact that he was going outside the entrance of the business establishment, and set the victim a diversified door that requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment to the victim, while the Defendant took a dispute with the victim E (29 years of age) who was in Japan and the victim E (29 years of age) on the part of the main body of the business establishment, around 02:0 on January 1, 2016.
