1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract on March 5, 2018 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet No. 1 list from the Plaintiff.

Judgment by deeming the confession as having been made pursuant to Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (as the father of the defendant appeared on the date of pleading without obtaining the permission by proxy, the defendant is deemed to have led to the confession of the cause of the above claim pursuant to Article 150(3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act.
