Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On July 1, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Ulsan District Court on July 1, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence on November 1, 2017.

1. Around March 29, 2018, the Defendant acquired one copy of the Korean card lost by the victim C, who was far away from the floor near the Seoul Han River located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, as Seoul, around 23:00.

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired card to the victim and embezzled it on his own idea.

2. On March 30, 2018, the Defendant, who attempted to commit fraud, ordered food and alcoholic beverage equivalent to KRW 44,00 at an E-cafeteria located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and in the first floor, and presented the credit card completion to the victim F as if he/she had been a legitimate right of use as described in paragraph 1, and attempted to obtain a pecuniary benefit equivalent to the same amount by paying the payment with the said card, but did not result in such refusal of approval.

3. On April 11, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties in a deceptive scheme and calls at around 01:18, at the front of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant’s mobile phone (H) at 112, thereby making the phone later.

On February 25, 2018, the police officer reported 112 times in total from February 25, 2018 to around that time, reported 112 false information, which is believed to be the above report, and conducted search by police officers, such as the J, etc. of the guards belonging to the Seoul Yongsan Police Station I District, and patrol vehicles, who believed to be the above report, and conducted search by them.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the police officer's performance of duties on 112 reporting processing and criminal scene search by fraudulent means.

4. On April 11, 2018, the Defendant who obstructed the performance of official duties was arrested and transferred in the act of committing a flagrant act in the same content as that described in paragraph 3 at the I District District of the Seoul Yongsan Police Station located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
