A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 21, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 16:20 on August 21, 2019, at the parking lot managed by the victim C in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; (b) one automatic nitrogen pumps in an amount equivalent to KRW 200,000,000 in the market price of the victim’s possession that was set up and laid on his/her own will; and (c) one cut off with a optopy machine in an amount of KRW 180,000 in the market price.

Around September 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) discovered one cart worth KRW 60,000,000, which was kept in front of the “E” parking lot located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon; (b) discovered one cart at the market price of the victim F, which was kept in the front of the “E” parking lot; and (c) stolen the victim’s management by taking advantage of the gap where the victim’s management was neglected.

[20 high group 990] On November 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stolen two LED lighting lights (total market value of 74,000 won) equivalent to 37,000 won in the market price owned by the victim H in the G-gu G housing parking lot in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu in order to prepare for the construction; (b) from that time, the Defendant stolen the victim’s H and I’s total market price of KRW 274,000,000 in total by four times until February 15, 2020; and (c) stolen the victim’s property at night, as described in the attached list of crimes, at night, at the expense of KRW 150,00 in the market price.

[200 Godan1802] On February 13, 2020, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by arbitrarily bringing a handcil for the elderly in the market price of the victim L, which was located in the Jung-gu Daejeon Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City), on February 13, 2020.
