Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name D from the net city C and the second floor.

On November 15, 2016, around 18:50 on November 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received 100,000 won as a chemical agent from E, a customer; (b) assisted F, a female sexual traffic, by having F, engage in the act of similarity by taking the sexual organ of the above E in hand and scambling it; and (c) assisted sexual traffic, from August 2016 to November 15, 2016, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts against many unspecified customers who find the above business by the above method.
