Punishment of the crime

At around 18:30 on October 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was arrested as a flagrant offender under the suspicion of assaulting B during the influence of alcohol, and was released upon investigation, at the front of the Dongbcheon Police Station located in 89, Dongbcheon-gu, Dongbcheon-gu, 2018. On October 1, 2018, the Defendant reported that B would walk the truck vehicle outside the police station in order to return home with C and the victim D (55 years of age) with the trucking off the cargo vehicle in order to return home, but the Defendant refused to drive away from the police station, but C would have been aware of the time fee for the victim who was on the side of C, coming from the front of the victim’s right eye by drinking, and caused the injury that the victim could not know the days of treatment.
