The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The gist of the grounds for appeal lies in the fact that the defendant is the victim's head, but there is no fact that the victim was involved or the victim's head was caught.

The judgment of the court below also asserted the same purport as the reasons for appeal, and the court below rejected the defendant's assertion in light of the following circumstances under the title "a judgment as to the defendant's and his defense counsel's assertion". The court below rejected the defendant's assertion on the ground that the defendant can recognize the fact that the defendant inflicted bodily injury on the victim by breaking his face, head, etc. of the victim's face and head, etc. in several times and breaking his head, etc., and comparing the above judgment of the court below with the record, it is just and acceptable,

Therefore, the defendant's assertion is without merit.
