1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) paid KRW 12,397,00 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) for KRW 12,397,00 and its related amount from July 8, 2013 to July 13, 2016.

Reasons

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 29, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a production supply contract with the Defendant on the contract amount of 1 set of 1 set of 251,506,000 won (excluding value-added tax) with respect to the production and installation of automated equipment (TRAY RoBOCOM 2 WCEG M/C; hereinafter “instant tray tra”), and issued 257,400,000 won with the Plaintiff’s total contract amount of 1 set of 1 set of 251,50,000 won (including 182,506,000 won) with the Plaintiff’s total contract amount of 1 set of 250,970,000 won (excluding value-added tax) with respect to the production and installation of automated equipment, and the Defendant shall adjust the contract amount of 1 set of 250,507,000 won and 2000 won with the Plaintiff’s total of 1 set of 1 set of 2000,0007,0000.
