A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On April 13, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Western District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court on April 13, 2011; five months from the imprisonment with prison labor for larceny; five months from the Daegu District Court on November 8, 2012; one year and six months from the imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Western District Court’s Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court on March 26, 2013; six months from August 20, 2015; and six months from the Western District Court’s Branch of the Daegu District Court on August 20, 201, with prison labor for a total of ten times from the imprisonment with prison labor for larceny; and on April 1, 2016, the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Daegu District Court on December 8, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. On April 15, 2017, the Defendant infringed on a structure: (a) around 12:40, the victim D’s clothes operated by Daegu Seo-gu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, in order to steal money and valuables; (b) entered the inside through an open entrance to steals the article.

2. The Defendant shall open a Kabro in a book that has not been corrected by using any cresh in his/her inner cresh at the time, place, and clothes specified in paragraph (1) and take 3.50 thousand won in cash owned by the victim.

In other words, the defendant was placed in the main machine, thereby thefted.

Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times due to larceny, etc., and again stolen the victim's objects.

The Defendant, on April 13, 2011, was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a total of ten times for criminal acts, such as larceny, at the Seoggu District Court Branch Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court on April 13, 201, five months for punishment of larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on November 8, 2012, and one year and six months for imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Daegu District Court Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court on March 26, 2013; six months for punishment for habitual larceny; and on August 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a total of six months for criminal acts, from the Seoggu District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court on April 1, 2016, to larceny.
