Defendant
A is a class-5 employee who was in charge of I operation, management, and employment of J in the Seoul Facilities Corporation from May 3, 2007 to October 20, 2013, and is deemed as a public official in the application of bribery under the Criminal Act in accordance with Article 83 of the Local Public Enterprises Act.
1. Defendant B, who violated the Attorney-at-Law Act, invited Defendant C, a branch, to recruit people who want to be employed by the Department of Transport Management of the Seoul Facilities Corporation, to recommend Defendant A to be employed by theJ. Defendant C to recruit those who want to be employed by the J and to receive money and valuables in return for employment.

C On June 12, 2013, at the friendship house of L in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 2013, M employed by the J of the Seoul Facilities Corporation through a person who has been well aware of the fact that “I would find employment of 5 million won to a public official of the Seoul Facilities Corporation. I want to find employment of her husband upon solicitation of 5 million won to a public official of the Seoul Facilities Corporation.” In addition, I received KRW 16,50,000,000 from June 12, 2013 to October 30, 2013 to receive KRW 30,000,000,000 from each of 30 persons, such as M who requested the employment of J as shown in attached Table 1 of the daily list of crimes.
(A) According to the records of this case, the term “N” of No. 3 of the crime day list 1 of the facts charged is “O”, “2013,1010” of the annual deposit date of No. 14, and “2013,00” of the annual deposit date of No. 14, and “6,000,000” of the annual deposit date of No. 17, and “P” of the annual employment person of No. 20, respectively, “S” and “R” of No. 25 are “S”, “2013,016 and 2018” of the annual employment day of No. 2013, Oct. 16, 2013; and “165,00,000” are “164,50,000 won” and “164,50,000 won” of the annual deposit date of No. 17.
