A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around August 4, 2014, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property with one cell phone of an amount equivalent to KRW 900,000,000 in the market price that the victim C left on the front of cash withdrawal at the 265 Gyeongnam Bank’s name, as the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si.

2. Interference with business;

A. A. From August 19, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force, such as requesting for alcohol from the F cafeteria of the victim D’s operation at the window E in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant’s crime against the victim D (1) around August 22, 2014.

(2) On August 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) demanded that the victim reported the Defendant at the F cafeteria operated by the victim D’s F cafeteria to the Defendant 112; and (b) demanded that “I would not be able to drink with money;” and (c) by force, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force through a sudden public bath.

B. Around July 23:40 on July 2, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s practice of singing practice room business by force, such as: (a) the Defendant ordered the victim’s drinking at the IMO’s top room located in the window of Changwon-si; (b) the Defendant committed an act against the victim’s G with approximately 30 minutes of drinking at the front chair who was refused to do so; and (c) the Defendant obstructed the victim’s practice of singing practice by force.

(2) At around 22:00 on September 21, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s practice of singing practice room business by force by force while engaging in a sudden bath to the victim of about 30 minutes of sexual traffic.

C. (1) On July 14, 2014, the Defendant committed a crime at a J restaurant (1) at the J restaurant: (a) around 23:40 on July 14, 2014, at the J restaurant where the K Victim L works for the Changwon-si, the Defendant took a large amount of desire for the victim in a sound, destroyed by cutting a dog on the table that was on the table; and (b) took a common bath for other customers who were seated in the said restaurant, by force.
