1. The Defendant’s KRW 348,372,000 and the Plaintiff’s total amount
(a) 50,000,000 won from April 10, 2009, and 292,000,000 won.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The grounds for the transfer of ownership of each land listed in the separate sheet are as follows: 1) The land owned by the deceased C (Death on September 18, 1979) and 931 square meters prior to the division (hereinafter “the land prior to the division of this case”).
The farmland distribution was made with the name of a person in charge of repayment in the name of the representative of E Elementary School, a public school, and the land used as a site for a training site and a company house. However, on July 30, 1965, the ownership transfer registration (No. 15986) was completed in the name of Pyeongtaek-si on the ground of “the completion of repayment as of October 10, 1963,” and the ownership transfer registration (No. 1937) was completed in the name of Pyeongtaek-si on May 1, 1990 in the name of the head of Pyeongtaek-si (Uwon District Court) and the ownership transfer registration (No. 2316) was completed in the name of the superintendent of education on the ground of succession of rights on June 15, 192, the ownership transfer registration (No. 2316) was divided from the G-do’s office of education on the ground of division in the order of 190 square meters before the G-do divided on May 6, 1996.
8. On August 17, 2008, G completed the registration of ownership transfer under the name of G (U.S. District Court No. 51444). The aforementioned “Seoul-si H land before division” was divided into each land listed in the separate sheet on August 14, 2008.

(B) On September 3, 2008, the Plaintiff purchased the land of this case from the Defendant and completed the registration of ownership transfer (No. 45013) under the Defendant’s name on September 3, 2008. (B) The Plaintiff between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on March 31, 2009, to purchase the land of this case from the Defendant at KRW 342,00,000,000, and to the remainder of the purchase price.
