A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

5.3 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

As to the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall sell and sell any psychotropic drugs under subparagraph 2 (a) of Article 3 of the Narcotics Control Act.

1. Around 09:00 on February 17, 2017, the Defendant sold 200,000 won from F, which was known to the Defendant as a prospective customer in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and sold to F, four enclosed paper (a total of approximately 2.8gg) in which JWH-018, a local mental medicine, is packed in non-- C-Smia (hereinafter referred to as Non-Smia) approximately 0.7g in a similar chain of JW-018, a local mental medicine.

2. On March 23, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 1 million from the above F to the Busan Bank account in the name of the Defendant for the name of B-U.S. and the name of B-U.S. car price from the above F at a non-permanent location around 14:12, on March 23, 2017. On March 23, 2017, the Defendant received the money from the above F to the Busan Bank account in the name of the Defendant, and around March 18:0, 2017, nine sealed paper containing approximately 0.7m of B-U.S. and approximately 0.7m of F-U.S. (a total of approximately 6.3g) from H in the F-U. L. and received the money from the above F-U.S. bank on March 24, 2017.

The Defendant, as such, sold B-Smia car.
