A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was suspected of having a de facto marital relationship with the victim D(45 years of age) who is a company partner, and there was frequent dispute with the usual C.

1.
