1. Basic facts

A. B, on December 1, 2008, as a house where her mother and her mother will reside with her mother on December 1, 2008, leased from the Plaintiff 2 million won of deposit, 320,000 won of rent, and her lease period from December 1, 2008 to December 1, 2010.

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant lease contract”) B.

The contract entered into in relation to the instant lease agreement shall consist of three parties on December 1, 2008, all of which shall be December 1, 2008, and the specific contents are as follows.

1) The instant first contract (as seen below) is a contract under which the Plaintiff was suspected of forging.

A) The deposit is KRW 2 million, monthly rent is KRW 320,000,000, and the lessor’s name is stamped. The lessor’s name and D’s resident registration number is written in the name of the Plaintiff. The lessee’s name and B’s resident registration number are written in the next page, and B’s name and resident registration number are written in the next page, and B’s seal is affixed. (B) The instant contract for the instant case (B asserts that this is a true principal contract) is KRW 2 million, monthly rent, and KRW 320,000,000 in the lessor’s name. The lessor’s signature is written in the next page of the Plaintiff’s name.

The tenant refers to "C Agent B" and the signature of "B", and the resident registration number and telephone number of "B" are stated.

3) The 3-party contract of this case (B's contract submitted by the competent authority while filing an application for the recipient of the basic living expenses) is not in dispute as to whether the contract

A) There is no deposit, the monthly rent is KRW 1.50,000, and the lessor’s name is stamped by the Plaintiff’s seal (not a seal stamp), and the lessee’s name and resident registration number are written in the lessee’s column, and the B’s seal imprint is affixed.

C. On November 17, 201, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against B on November 17, 201, attached the instant first contract entered as KRW 2 million, KRW 320,000 per month, tenant B, C, and D, and on December 22, 2011.
