1. On June 29, 2019, at around 04:45, Defendant A, at the residence of the Defendant and the Victim B (V, 26 years of age) in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul apartment complex D, was drinking together with the Defendant and the Victim B (V). B. At around 06:30 on November 16, 2019, the Defendant sought the victim’s personal information before the said victim’s house, and entered approximately 15 times the victim’s personal information and sought a password of the entrance entrance, thereby entering the victim’s house.

Accordingly, the defendant is a victim's residence.
