A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2020, the Defendant operated the registration number plate C, which was provided by the Defendant’s residential property on his name in the first place in his residence, on April 1, 2020, while holding 50 cc Obabs without the number plate, on the above Oba in order to avoid crackdown.

Accordingly, the defendant used air illegally for the purpose of exercising the right.
