A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2011, the Defendant was subject to a disposition to forward juvenile protection cases at the Incheon District Public Prosecutor's Branch Office's Office's Office's subordinate office of the Incheon District Public Prosecutor's Office's Office, and on September 2, 2015, the Incheon District Court issued a summary order of KRW 2 million due to a violation of Road Traffic Act (driving), and on September 5, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of KRW 4 months and a fine of KRW 300,000,000 from the Incheon District Public Prosecutor's Branch's Branch's Branch's Branch's Branch's of the Incheon District Public Prosecutor's Office's Office's sentence of violation of Road Traffic Act, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 4, 2015. On April 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment of KRW 4 months and a fine of KRW 300,000,000 and completed the execution of the sentence on September 15, 10.

On the other hand, on May 24, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on June 1, 2017 by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of road traffic law (dacting driving) in the Incheon District Court's Branch Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court on May 24, 201.

On December 14, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle at around 00:00, driven the D Mt Motor Vehicle at C owned, the mother of a passenger B, while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 0.15% from the 5.9km-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 387, to the ring-ro, Samcheon-gu, 00:10 on the same day, to the ring-ro, Samcheon-gu, 387, Samcheon-gu, Samcheon-gu, 00:0 on the same day, driving the said vehicle from the above section from the entrance of the 19-day Si, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 35:0 on the same day to around 4:8, 78,000 on the same day.
