A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 15, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for three years at the Busan District Court due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 21, 2015.

2. Crimes against victim F;

A. On October 31, 2016, around 04:03, the Defendant used computers, etc.: (a) entered KRW 50,000 through nine times in his e-mail transportation cards using a card charging device, which is an information processing unit; and (b) finally, obtained property benefits equivalent to KRW 480,000 by allowing the input of information without authority over ten times, such as inputting KRW 30,000, and making it process.

B. The Defendant stolen 988,620 won in cash and 190,000 won in a market value at the above time and place, and 27 cultural merchandise coupons, which are worth KRW 190,000 in a market value.

3. On November 5, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim I, at around 03:20 on November 5, 2016, paid in cash of KRW 1,070,00, and the market value of KRW 300,000 at K in the operation of the victim I located in the Busan Shipping Daegu J of Busan, and a fren black tobacco that is equivalent to KRW 72,00 in the market value.
