Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, each of the above punishments shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a person handling narcotics shall cultivate, possess, possess, give, receive, transport, keep, or use marijuana, and no person shall smoke marijuana or its seed coats.

1. Notwithstanding that the Defendants were not authorized to handle narcotics, they conspired to cultivate marijuana as follows.

From early April 2019 to early October 2019, Defendant B, at the roofhouse located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendants’ residence, transported the seeds of marijuana by international mail from a deceased person on his name who became aware of through the Internet community “D,” and the Defendants cultivated the seeds of marijuana by the method of planting the seeds of the above seed and managing the vegetable agents.

B. 2. Smoking marijuana;

C. On October 2019, the Defendants conspired with G, at the rooftop room as described in the above paragraph (a) above, in collusion with G.
