A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2009, the Defendant decided to purchase one of the E QM5 passenger cars from the business employees D at the Hano Samsung Samsung F&C branch located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, the Defendant entered into an agreement with the Korea Social Services Co., Ltd., Ltd., and made a mortgage on the car purchase price of KRW 25,100,000 with the damaged person, and established a mortgage on the car registered in the name of the Defendant as the damaged person.

On November 14, 2011, the Defendant offered and delivered the said passenger car with a mortgage as security by borrowing money from the Korean Bond Information LoanF.

Accordingly, the defendant concealed the mortgaged vehicle of the victim, thereby hindering the victim's exercise of rights.
