Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle by borrowing C.

On March 22, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car on March 11:33, 2017, and stopped the three-lane road near Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D along the two-lane road from the opposite direction to the opposite direction of the street.

Since there is a signal apparatus and crosswalk installed, the driver of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to temporarily stop in front of the crosswalk when the driver of the motor vehicle is traveling along the crosswalk, and when the pedestrian is traveling along the crosswalk, he/she had a duty of care to protect the pedestrian.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and did not see the victim E (the age of 74) in accordance with the pedestrian signals due to the negligence of going against stop signal, and caused the victim to go beyond the road by shocking the front part of the above vehicle.

As a result, the defendant suffered injury, such as the upper part of the upper part of the body, which requires approximately 6 weeks of medical treatment.
