1. All of the plaintiffs' lawsuits against the primary defendant are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The conclusion of the instant trust agreement and the completion of the instant commercial building 1) Jung-il Co., Ltd. (Post facto, Samdi Co., Ltd.)

hereinafter referred to as "Maddic"

The Korean Real Estate Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korean Real Estate Trust”) on June 29, 1995

(1) In relation to the trust between the truster and the beneficiary, the truster and the beneficiary shall be Samdi, the trustee shall be the real estate trust of Korea, and the trust purpose shall be the 27,308.1m2m2 (hereinafter “instant land”).

2) On the ground, the 7th above ground level 4th above the ground level of steel-framed reinforced concrete structure (hereinafter “instant commercial building”).

(3) The trust agreement between the date when the trust agreement was concluded and December 31, 200 (hereinafter “instant trust agreement”) is the trust agreement between the date when the trust agreement was concluded and December 31, 200.

(2) The Korean Real Estate Trust concluded a construction contract with Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Tsung Heavy Industries”) and completed the commercial building of this case. On November 29, 2000, registration of ownership preservation was completed in the name of the Korean Real Estate Trust on the commercial building of this case.

B. (1) On July 11, 1996, the Plaintiffs are named as the lessor on the basis of the trust of the Republic of Korea real estate trust and the project implementer on the basis of the trust of the Republic of Korea, and the Plaintiffs are named as the attached lease agreement and the list of the status of the payment of lease deposit (hereinafter “attached sheet”) as to the commercial building of this case.

(2) Each of the instant lease agreements is deemed a lease agreement with the same content as “the date of conclusion of the contract,” “lease subject matter,” and “Lease deposit” as “the date of conclusion of the contract.”

(2) The Plaintiffs entered into the instant lease agreement as indicated in the column of “amount paid by the Plaintiff” in the attached Table to the Korean Real Estate Trust in accordance with each of the instant lease agreements.
