Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
B on August 29, 2003, the Gwangju District Court sentenced one year and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and three years and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc., of Specific Crimes, etc., at the Gwangju District Court on May 12, 2006, and completed the execution of the final sentence on January 24, 2009. Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc., of Specific Crimes, etc., at the Gwangju District Court on June 13, 2006 and passed the parole period on September 29, 2009.
1. Defendant C and Defendant C conspired with Defendant A, knowing the fact that they keep taxi commissions received from taxi drivers at the end of the week from the head of the Trade Union of the unlimited partnership company G, with the knowledge of the fact that they were kept in the company’s safe.
At around 18:50 on July 11, 2010, the Defendants: (a) reported the network before the office; (b) destroyed the distribution system outside the office; (c) prevented all of the CCTV from operating; and (d) entered the opening-up office; (c) copied in advance by Defendant C; and (d) stolen KRW 5,350,000 in cash, which is the victim’s possession, in a credit cooperative using the NA’s key.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
2. On July 8, 2010, Defendant B: (a) upon request of the above C, the Defendant: (b) introduced the said A, which was known to and known by C at the time and place of the entry in paragraph (1) to C in order to assist C in theft as described in paragraph (1) with knowledge that C would commit a theft; and (c) assisted and abetted the thief by purchasing and delivering the criminal escape bags and shopping bags at nearby marina; and (d) subsequently, he/she aided and abetted the thief to commit a larceny by facilitating his/her theft.
