1. The Defendant’s KRW 2,180,00 and annual interest thereon from June 2, 2016 to November 17, 2016 to the Plaintiff, and the following day.

1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or are recognized based on Gap evidence Nos. 2, 3, 4, Eul evidence Nos. 1, 2, 5, 6, 8-14, 17, 19-23 (including paper numbers), Gap evidence No. 25, as a whole, and the overall purport of the arguments.

A. Inheritance C died on November 23, 2015, and the Plaintiff is the only heir of the deceased C (hereinafter “the deceased”), regardless of whether before or after the death.

B. 1) The share of 131.4/436 square meters and its ground buildings (hereinafter collectively referred to as “D real estate”) among the share of 131.4/436 square meters in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Yangyang-si and Yangyang-si.

On January 11, 1989, the ownership transfer registration was completed from the deceased to the defendant on the grounds of sale on August 4, 1988, and on March 28, 1997, the ownership transfer registration was completed again from the defendant to the deceased on the grounds of sale on February 10, 1997. (2) The Korea Land Corporation acquired 657/2,180 shares among D real estate in December 2006 and 283 square meters owned by the deceased, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 2006, and deposited 657/2,180 shares among the 248,35,030 won on the compensation, 80,000 won on the aggregate of KRW 81,089,080,000 on July 5, 2007, 2007, KRW 305,371,294,75,2981.201.

C. 1) On March 21, 2007, the instant real estate sales contract (No. 2) of the deceased purchased the instant real estate from F on March 21, 2007 from F on March 21, 2007, 50 million won for the remainder of KRW 170 million on the day, and on April 13, 2007, the remainder of KRW 170 million on the day, shall be paid on April 13, 2007; however, on April 16, 2007, the registration of ownership transfer was made in the name of the deceased on the grounds of the said sales contract on April 16, 2007.

On February 22, 2008, the Defendant issued promissory notes from the Deceased on February 22, 2008, the face value of KRW 200 million, and the due date on February 21, 201, and on February 25, 2008.
