A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a MF6 car.

On June 28, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 19:30, and proceeded with the road on which the crosswalk in front of the D convenience store in C is installed, from the west of the fixed water supply pipe, to the upper elementary school.

Since there is a crosswalk in the children protection zone, the driver has a duty of care to protect the children's pedestrians and safely drive the crosswalk.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and got the victim E (8 tax) who dried the crosswalk from the right side of the running side of the vehicle of the Marined Defendant, to the left side, as the front part of the said vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, sustained kneee knee knee knee knee knee knee, etc., and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as aiding the injured party.
