Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. However, the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to invest KRW 25 million in the victim, even if he did not have any intention or ability to invest in the victim, because the Defendant was not a United Nations Ambassador, and did not know about the management of the Refugee Fund, and there was no plan to exchange the said KRW 4 million, and thus there was no plan to exchange the said KRW 4 million.
On December 7, 201, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, had the victim pay USD 5,00 to 2 foreigners in king near China on December 7, 201.
2.
