1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. misunderstanding of facts and misapprehension of the legal doctrine are the Defendant’s statement by erroneously memorying the date of the first visit to Jeju-do at the time of testimony in the court.

Although this does not constitute an element of perjury because it did not testimony against memory, the judgment of the court below which found the defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case is erroneous in misunderstanding of facts and misunderstanding of legal principles.

B. Even if the instant facts charged are found guilty, the lower court’s punishment (200,000 won) is too unreasonable.
