1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

The reasoning for this Court to be stated in this case is the same as that for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, they are quoted in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil

The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remaining claims shall be dismissed as without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance shall be just and dismissed as it is without merit, and since the drawings were omitted in the attached list of the judgment of the court of first instance, it shall be corrected as the attached list of the court of first instance and it shall be decided as per Disposition.
