On August 31, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.22% on blood alcohol level around 22:25 on August 31, 2018, and was driving a DNA-purd vehicle at approximately 50 meters from the front road of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front road of the same Gu.
