Punishment of the crime

On April 24, 2019, at around 02:55, the Defendant driven a B food car while under the influence of alcohol content of about 10 meters at the front parking lot of the building in front of the main building of the Police Station, Kim Jong-dong, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si.
