1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. (1) The Plaintiff A’s occurrence of the instant accident is the Plaintiff’s low-speed car at around 12:40 on March 26, 2012 (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s vehicle”).

The distance from the rear side of the right side of the Plaintiff’s vehicle stopped after the accident to the stop line of the Plaintiff’s driving direction is about 90cm.

B. After the occurrence of the instant accident, immediately after the occurrence of the instant accident.
