A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, shall not trade, assist in the trade of, give or receive, possess, possess, use, manage, prepare, administer, administer, or provide, a psychotropic substance, a psychotropic substance (hereinafter referred to as a “clopon”, hereinafter).

3. Points of the administration of philophones.

A. From around 01:00 on November 11, 2019 to 02:0 on the same day, the Defendant administered a phiphone by dilution of 0.25g of the phiphones purchased at the 4th floor floor of the building in J of Gyeong-gu, North America, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1.25g in a single-use folding machine, and in a way of injection into one’s own arms after dilution of 0.25g of the phiphones purchased at the 4th floor of the building in J of Gyeong-gu, North Korea. The Defendant administered two phiphones by means of dilution of 0.25g of the remaining phiphones into the water in a single-use injection machine, and then injection of the phiphones into one’s arms.

B. On April 2020, the Defendant 3-A, supra, as the first patrol officer.

At the place described in the above 2. paragraph, 0.2 g of philophones possessed as described in the above 2. paragraph were diversified by dilution them into water in a single-use injection and then injection them into one’s blophones.
