Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, in collusion with G and E, filed an application for the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the area of 2,688 square meters in the F. G and E, and the fact at the H-Myeon Office around November 11, 2014, despite the fact that E does not have any idea to use F-land as one’s own agricultural management, the Defendant, via an agent for the issuance of the qualification certificate for acquisition of farmland, prepared and submitted an agricultural management plan indicating “self labor force” and “part employment” respectively in the “plan for securing labor force necessary for the agricultural management of acquired farmland” in the “plan for securing labor force” column, along with the application for the acquisition certificate for acquisition of farmland indicating “new farming” and “part employment” in the “plan for acquisition of farmland” on November 15, 2014.

Accordingly, the Defendant received the qualification certificate for acquisition of farmland in collusion with G and E by false or other unlawful means, such as entering false facts in the application form for qualification certificate for acquisition of farmland and agricultural management plan.
