A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 26, 2014, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court for the same year.

8. 16. The execution of the sentence was completed.

1. Larceny (2016 Height 2283);

A. On September 5, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim C at around 23:20 on September 5, 2016, up to “E” located in D, the Defendant carried 120,000 won in cash owned by the victim and 170,000 won in the market price where he/she entered a debit card.

B. On October 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered a construction site of “H” Hacheon City, G around 14:35, 2016; (b) discovered cell phones and cash 13,000 won and cell phone cases containing one credit card; and (c) carried them using the gaps in which people work.

On October 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 21:00 on October 13, 2016, the Defendant: (b) while drinking alcohol at the “K-ju store”, the Defendant: (c) was fluored by the victim I, the owner of the business, followed the bank of his female who was in the restaurant by a luoring luor; (d) was brucated with a 200,000 won in cash.
