A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall order the defendant to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant 5 and the person who requested an attachment order (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant 5”) to whom the Defendant and the person who requested the attachment order (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) reported marriage with E on January 10, 201, and lived with his/her husband and wife. The Victim F (M, G, I) and the Victim H (F, I, I,) are the father and wife of the above E.

1. On August 201, from around September 201 to around September 201 of the same year, the Defendant forced indecent act against the victim F, she called “the victim F (the age of eight at that time)” when reporting TV at the mother’s home located in Seoul J, saying, “Woo who would have been much about the chest?” and instead, she sealed the victim’s chest by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against a minor under 13 years of age.

2. On December 2015, when the Defendant forced the victim H to commit an indecent act, he/she takes charge of the victim H (the age of 11 at the time) in his/her house located in the defendant's house located in Seocheon-si 2 Dong Dong 402, Seocheon-si apartment 2, 2015, the victim's chest and fluor was fluor by his/her hand after taking advantage of the victim's side.

In addition, from around that time to August 2, 2017, the Defendant got only 11 times the victim's chests and fluences as shown in the list of offenses in the attached Form.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against a minor under 13 years of age.
