Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 16, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the Changwon District Court's Jinju branch on the grounds of a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 19, 2016.

On February 6, 2016, the Defendant driven B-pock truck without a driver’s license in a section of 300 meters away from the front road of the apartment house to the front road of the other side of the displeasure in the same Dong, which is located in the Yongcheon-si River.
