B A stock company is a corporation established on January 13, 2003 for the purpose of the chemical product manufacturing business with its head office located in Gyeonggi-do Group D, and is a business owner who runs the pipe manufacturing business using 18 full-time workers, and Defendant A is the representative director of the Defendant B, who is the safety and health management manager of its employees.

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant had a duty of care to prevent the crash in advance by installing safety intervals, fences, covers, etc. at a place where workers might fall down, as a end or opening part of the work launch and passage.

However, the Defendant, at around 22:00 on May 2, 2013, had the victim E, an employee belonging to the Defendant, carry out the product loading work in the near the above wastewater tank without installing a safe wastewater tank, fence, or cover at approximately 2.5m of wastewater located adjacent to the factory building located in Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-gun, Inc., and caused the victim to die while leaving the above site and returning back to the above site.

As above, the Defendant neglected the duty of care to take necessary measures to prevent the danger at a place where workers might fall down at work, resulting in the death of the victim by negligence in the course of business.

B. In order to prevent the danger of electric shock by water leakage, the Defendant did not take measures necessary to prevent the danger of electric energy due to the failure to contact the entire distribution of the above factory building on July 29, 2013.

2. Defendant B corporation

A. The defendant did not take safety measures as described in Paragraph A(a) above with respect to the defendant's business at the same time and place as Paragraph A(a) above, thereby causing the victim E's death.
