The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 30,000 and KRW 80,000 among them, from November 17, 2004, KRW 250,000,000.

Description of Claim

The Plaintiff respectively lent KRW 330,00,000 to the Defendant on November 17, 2004, and KRW 250,000,000,000 on May 10, 2005. Therefore, with respect to KRW 330,000,000 among loans, and KRW 80,000,00 among them, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff at a rate of KRW 5% per annum from the following day to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case from May 10, 2005, to the date of the lease, KRW 5,000 per annum under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the former Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings until September 30, 2015 (amended by Presidential Decree No. 25153, Nov. 17, 2004; Presidential Decree No. 250,005).
