Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On July 28, 2015, at around 00:12, the Defendant driven a cnish vehicle with a blood alcohol content of about 0.181% while under the influence of alcohol at about 3 km from the front of the Josking-dong, Sinsi-si to the front of the Gangdong-dong in the same city.
