A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is engaged in driving B rocketing and other automobiles.

On June 9, 2018, at around 16:20, the Defendant driven the said car in a state that it is difficult for the Defendant to drive it normally, such as under the influence of alcohol to the extent that the blood alcohol concentration is 0.282%, so that snow is shocked, smelled, snickly walked, walked well without walking the horses, and repeating the said horses, and drive the said car on the front side of the D, which is located in Gangnam-si C, from the right edge of the order.

Violation of the Road Traffic Act and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) were driven by the Defendant without obtaining a temporary driver’s license under paragraph (1), while under the influence of alcohol 0.282% of alcohol level from the 2km section from the front of the H located in Gangnam-si to the place specified in paragraph (1).
