1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of one hundred thousand won; and
2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant of special larceny in C, in collaboration with C on November 3, 2015, committed a theft of KRW 1410,00 in total amount of KRW 1,50,00,00 in a total of six occasions from around November 3, 2015 to around November 9, 2015, using the crepan in which the victim F was placed in charge of Vivo smartphone, and thereby, C took advantage of the crepan in its surrounding area, and the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s smartphone market value of KRW 2,50,00,000 from around November 3, 2015 to around November 9, 2015, together with C by means of the same method.
2. The Defendant of special larceny in C and G was in combination with C and G, and around 01:00 on November 8, 2015, at around 01:00, the victim’s name and non-fluored victim’s name, who was parked at the same place, was found to have a single unit of the victim’s name, who was parked at the same place, and the Defendant and C reported the network at the entrance of the alley, and G was driven by using the two keyss, as described in No. 4 of the crime sight table in paragraph 1.
As such, the Defendant, together with C and G, stolen only one motor vehicle on the market value of the victim’s name and non-brupted winner.
3. On November 8, 2015, the Defendant driving a substitute cream, as described in paragraph 2, on the front of the Kk Center located in the Seo-gu of Gwangju, without obtaining a bicycle driver’s license for a motor device at around 03:00 on November 8, 2015.
