Punishment of the crime

On February 18, 2016, the Defendant, at the Busan District Court, sentenced ten months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) and dealt with the Mebacopty (hereinafter “Mecopon”) as follows, even though he was not a narcotics handler, in the Ansan Prison on October 12, 2016, even if he was not a narcotics handler.

1. Around January 20, 2017, the Defendant purchased 100,000 won of 10,0000 won from c cafeteria, which was previously lent to D, in front of the cafeteria, located in Busan, Busan, at the price of c cafeteria. Around the first instance trial, the Defendant purchased c 0.3 g of phiphone, which was contained in the c son for a single use.

2. On March 2, 2019, the Defendant received phiphones from “G” to “G” in the F Entertainment room located in Busan Dongdong-gu, Busan, and received phiphones from “G” free of charge and received approximately 0.05 g of phiphones.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On January 22, 2017, around 22:00, the Defendant administered phiphones in a manner of melting approximately 0.1g of clophones on the roof from the Busan Hamo-gu, Busan Hamophones.

B. On March 3, 2019, at around 22:00, the Defendant put about approximately 0.05g in a single-use injection machine in the Defendant’s residence located in the second floor of the Busan BYU, and dilution with water, and administered phiphones in a way of injecting it into the left bloodline.
