Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of the D Housing Redevelopment Project Association who has overall control over its affairs.

Nevertheless, on March 18, 2010, the Defendant entered into a contract for construction management (CM) with F, G architect office and contract amount of KRW 1.9 billion and the contract term of 48 months at the above partnership office located in Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu, Annyang-si.

An executive officer of a cooperative in violation of the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents due to non-disclosure of a contract shall disclose a written contract for selection of a service company, such as a designer, work executor, removal business operator, and specialized management business operator for the implementation of a maintenance project, along with the Internet and other methods, to make it possible for members, landowners, or tenants

Although the Defendant drafted a “Contract for Modification of the Improvement Plan for DHousing Redevelopment Project” with the Ha on March 12, 2012, the Defendant did not make it open to the public in parallel with the Internet within 15 days to make it known to the union members, land owners, or tenants.
