On August 26, 2014, around 11:50 on August 26, 2014, the Defendant driven a car with approximately 55 km section from the front side of a window apartment in the Yongsan-gu, Gwangju, to the point of 130 km from the Honam Highway located in Jung-gu, Gwangju to the point of 130 km.
